Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions aim to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Passplanner (WHATCON Inc., hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') and users in the use of the services (hereinafter referred to as 'Services') provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

1. 'Service' refers to all online services and related ancillary services provided by the Company.

2. 'User' refers to any individual who accesses the Company's services and uses them in accordance with these terms.

3. 'Member' refers to a user who has completed the membership registration process and can use the services provided by the Company.

4. 'Non-Member' refers to a user who uses the services provided by the Company without registering as a member.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

1. These terms and conditions will be posted on the Company's website or the service screen and made easily accessible to users.

2. The Company may amend these terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws and regulations.

3. Changes to these terms will be notified by posting the revised terms on the service screen or via email, and the revised terms will take effect after the notification.

4. Users who disagree with the amended terms may stop using the service and withdraw from their membership.

Article 4 (Service Use)

1. The Company provides the following services to users:

- Web/application-based service provision

- Content offering services

- Other services defined by the Company

2. Service hours shall generally be 24/7, barring any special technical or operational reasons. However, the Company may limit service hours for regular maintenance or other necessities.

3. The Company may divide services into sections and control usage times or frequency for each section.

Article 5 (Membership Registration and Account Management)

1. Users can apply for membership in accordance with the procedures set by the Company. Once the application is approved, users can use the services.

2. If the information provided during registration is false, incorrect, or violates the law, the Company may restrict or revoke the membership.

3. Members can request withdrawal at any time, and the Company shall handle such requests in compliance with relevant laws.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

1. Users must not engage in the following actions:

- Providing false information when applying for or altering services

- Stealing others' personal information

- Violating the Company's copyrights or infringing on the rights of others

- Any other illegal or unfair actions

2. Users must comply with the Company's policies and applicable laws and regulations.

Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of the Company)

1. The Company will strive to provide stable services.

2. The Company protects user information in compliance with relevant laws through a privacy policy.

3. The Company may delete users' posts or restrict service use if deemed necessary for service operation.

Article 8 (Service Suspension)

1. The Company may temporarily suspend service provision in the following cases:

- System maintenance, updates, or replacements for the service

- Natural disasters or unforeseen emergencies

2. The Company will notify users in advance of any service suspension, and in cases where advance notice is not possible, a post-notification will be provided.

Article 9 (Management of Posts)

1. Users are responsible for any issues arising from the posts they upload to the service.

2. The Company may delete or modify posts in the following cases:

- If they are illegal or against public order

- If they infringe on others' rights or damage their reputation

- If they violate the Company's policies

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

1. The Company is not responsible for service interruptions resulting from natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances.

2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information, data, or facts posted by users via the services.

3. The Company is not legally liable for services provided free of charge.

Article 11 (Compensation for Damages)

If a user violates the terms or the law and causes damage to the Company, the Company may claim compensation from the user.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

1. Disputes arising out of these terms will be resolved by the competent court located in the Company's headquarters.

2. The Company and users shall cooperate to resolve disputes mutually.

Article 13 (Supplementary Provisions)

1. These terms shall be applied starting from [Effective Date].

2. The Company may separately define policies and regulations outside of these terms, which will be considered part of these terms.
